Not much to report. Back in action on a real web project again, complete with millions of users, about ~50k concurrent =)

• Memcache needs to be taken out back and shot, I look forward to Cassandra.
• Storing media on a filesystem designed for throughput is a poor descision when you have high volumes of small reads.
• Not much else to report.
